Arsh is a UX Researcher at PeepalDesign, currently working in the space of innovation in design research. His projects span domains such as AI, fintech, and education. Previously, he spent two years conducting UX research in the American healthcare industry at Innovaccer, building expertise in navigating complex systems and workflows. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human-Centered Design from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore.
