Gavin Lew is a Managing Partner at Bold Insight in the USA. He has 25 years of experience in corporate and academic environments. He founded User Centric, which became the largest private UX consultancy in the US, and later led a profitable North American UX team. He is the co-author of "AI and UX: Why Artificial Intelligence Needs User Experience," a frequent presenter, and an inventor of several patents. He is also an adjunct professor at DePaul and Northwestern Universities and holds an MA in Experimental Psychology from Loyola University.
