Playing With Ideas Mindfully
There is a strong place for UX in the near future, innovative organizations. By “innovative” I mean organizations that are taking on challenges in areas of human complexity. There are orgs who want to support people in complex situations. Healthcare, government services, education, cyber security, network management, transportation of goods, etc.
In complex situations, we need a framework to create outcomes for a broader variety of people. We need a simple, visual way to show measurable outcomes. And then we can connect these measurements to business OKR’s and KPI’s.
Now more than ever, people are craving human time for critical thinking, discussing repercussions, and playing with ideas mindfully
