Lindsey DeWitt Prat is a Director of Research at Bold Insight, where she leads global UX research to help teams understand how cultural and linguistic dynamics shape technology use. A humanities-trained ethnographer, author, and translator, she brings over 15 years of experience across 25+ countries, with deep expertise in Japan and East Asia. Lindsey is a frequent speaker at international conferences and industry forums, including recent presentations at EPIC and the United Nations in Geneva. She holds a PhD in Asian Languages & Cultures from UCLA and an MA in International Studies and Comparative Religion from the University of Washington.
