Over a three decade career as a design professional, Sridhar's diverse experience spans corporate enterprise, entrepreneurship, not-for-profit, academia, and government.

Currently, serving as a principal adviser on design at UIDAI, the world’s largest biometric ID system—covering over a billion residents and serving as the backbone for India’s digital identity, welfare delivery, and financial inclusion. He is overseeing the transformation of Aadhaar holder's experience for inclusion, ease of use and revise for technology advances in cybersecurity, credentialing.

Sridhar has actively participated and contributed to technology driven transformations, pushing for improved outcomes with greater imagination.

Through his work, Sridhar emphasizes pragmatism, empathy, and adaptability, blending technical rigor with human-centered values. His work demonstrates how design can bridge gaps between engineering, business, and social impact.
